excellent hotel stay
clean room helpful staff nice restaurant visits well-kept gym
i stayed for several days and appreciated the well kept facilities the gym had sufficient equipment i found useful the 16+ pool provided a relaxing environment hamdy kept my room impeccably clean and mahmoud made my visits to the restaurants nice. emma kept me informed about the hotel services i greatly appreciated all of the staff.

the room included english tv channels i appreciated the spacious layout and comfort it offered bottled water was consistently available i found the room to be a great place to relax after a long day.

sunset court offered breakfast and dinner i found mohamed to be great with his smile and sense of humour the bayview was great for lunch there was always a huge choice of food available i enjoyed the variety.

the hotel features an adults only pool i spent most of my time there the lifeguards were helpful putting up parasols for shade the beach is accessible via a lift and offers fantastic coral reefs for snorkeling i found it relaxing.

the transfer from the airport was fairly quick and convenient the hotel has beautiful grounds i enjoyed walking through the well-kept gardens the location is good for accessing nearby attractions and activities i enjoyed the surroundings.

beachfront location great humour
i appreciated the location near the beachfront it allowed convenient access for snorkeling. i also found the bar staff at the caribbean bar provided great humour and banter it.
the gym equipment showed some wear though still functional.

Excellent stay!
infinity pool infinity jacuzzi delicious food night entertainment
The resort features an infinity pool and an infinity jacuzzi. I found the food to be delicious and the terrace offered great views. Evening entertainment was also provided. The whole layout of the resort was well done and the Wi-Fi worked very well throughout the hotel. That was really useful.
The hotel lifeguards limit you to a very small portion of the reef! which makes it very busy and crowded. You can't go 5 minutes on the beach without whistles blowing telling snorkelers to get more central to the beach-

The territory is expansive with many pools available. The hotel also offers a well-equipped gym. Guests have access to a beautiful coral reef for diving and snorkeling. The location was perfect!

Our family room was clean, and the mini bar was restocked as scheduled. Fresh water was provided daily in the room. The spacious room included a balcony that provided pool views. It was very nice.

Staff members were helpful and very attentive to our needs. Guest relations staff assisted with restaurant bookings and late check-out arrangements. The dive center staff organized a tour to Ras Mohammed and ensured our safety during the trip.

The hotel is situated right next to the coral reef. Local shops are conveniently located within the resort. This made accessing souvenirs and other items easy. I appreciated this.
